About the artist: 

Trent Baumann, The Birdmann of Australia is one of the world’s foremost variety comedians having toured internationally to nearly twenty countries. A theatre, film and education graduate from the Queensland University of Technology, a participant in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus full-time training project and he has also studied screen writing with Pixar and the Jacob Krueger Studio in NYC and acting at the San Francisco Screen Academy. Trent made his TV debut featuring on Renegade Film’s Studio at the Memo, has guested on Channel Ten’s The Project and was the lead in The Wanderer commercial for Tourism Tasmania. Recently he was the writer, director and star of the short film Coffeehead which featured on ABC2 and iview and is excited to have just released The Birdmann ‘LIVE’ as a downloadable film available through his website.
