Pacific Coast Association of Magicians’ award-winning comedy magician Sam Bennison is debuting their brand new show at the Victoria Fringe. “Sam Bennison Needs a Friend” is a magical game show to find Sam Bennison’s new best friend/magical assistant. Through a series of magical games and stunts, Sam will put their potential new best friends to the test. This comedic take on a magic show aims to solve the loneliness epidemic in the worst way possible.

About the Artist
Award-winning comedy magician Sam Bennison has been performing magic on the ancestral territory of the Lheidli T’enneh (Prince George) and the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations (Vancouver). Sam’s form of comedy magic is about making impactful connections through the art of play. By producing the Vancity Variety Pack — a monthly, magic variety show — Sam has created a welcoming environment for queer artists both on and off the stage.
