Sheila! The Musical

SHEILA! THE MUSICAL is a darkly comic musical satire following Sheila V Toff, a bearded housewife in 1950s suburbia, performing the rituals of domestic life for her neighbours, her husband, and a watchful baby.

Recently nominated for Most Outstanding English Production at the Montreal Fringe, the show has established itself as a standout on the festival circuit, touring Fringe festivals across Canada since 2024, and now entering its first Fringe run on Vancouver Island, home of the creators.

Sheila spends her days selling domesticity to herself — chores, cocktails, and a smile that’s a little too rehearsed. The show blends original music, choreography, and drag performance with dark comedy — and the longer Sheila keeps performing “perfect,” the more the seams start to show.
