The Session tells the story of a young woman Leslie-Haydn Burke (Roxanne) as she is forced to undergo a psychiatric assessment, during which she reluctantly relives her life’s journey; from leaving home after her fight with her mother to the serious crime that has led to her incarceration. It is a story of lost youth and the search for love. thingsfallingapartevents.wordpress.com
Winner – Most Outstanding Drama, Windsor Walkerville Fringe
“The Session is a great example of the deep, dark and emotional side of Fringe. Not everything in life is fluffy, rosy and all sugarcoated. With this play we got the dirt, the grime and the mildew of what mental and physical abuse can do to someone.” – yqgrocks.com
