We are hiring an Advance Box Office Assistant position for the 2022 Victoria Fringe Festival. This is a part of the audience services team, and applications are due July 27, 2022.

We are hiring Venue Technicians to join our team for the 2022 Victoria Fringe Festival. Applications are due 11:59pm July 20, 2022.

We are also hiring a part-time Lead Venue Technician, the posting is open until filled and runs through February 28, 2023.

Advance Box Office Assistant – Intrepid Theatre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become part of the team as Advance Box Office for the 2022 Victoria Fringe, a local performing arts festival in Victoria, BC. This position is an important part of the audience services team, contributing to a fun, organized audience experience, supporting accessibility at the Fringe.

Venue Technician – Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking energetic, enthusiastic Venue Technicians to run venues for the 2022 Victoria Fringe Festival. Venue Technicians work in a fast-paced (and fun!) Festival environment to set up, tech, and operate up to five performances each of five to seven unique shows by different theatre companies over a two-week period. It’s a great way for those with an existing all-round technical theatre skill set to broaden their experience.

Lead Venue Technician – We’re looking for the right individual to join our Production team on a part-time term contract basis to offer terrific customer service and exceptional technical capabilities to Intrepid Theatre’s Festivals and presentations such as UNO Fest, OUTstages, and the Victoria Fringe Festival, as well as to our rental clients.

The position is part-time with a fixed term, with a guaranteed salaried minimum 21 hours/week; additional hours are expected but may vary month-to-month and may be time-banked or paid out at the employee’s request.
