Assistant Production Manager – 2025 Victoria Fringe Festival – APPLICATIONS OPEN, DUE May 5, 2025 by end of day.
Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for the 2025 Fringe Festival – start date is July 7, 2025 and position runs until August 31, 2025. The Assistant Production Manager will report to the Fringe Production Manager with production planning, scheduling, equipment rental, artist and technical liaison, as well as assisting with Fringe events and liaising with all Fringe departments as needed as on-call production support during the festival.

Box Office & Administrative Assistant – 2025 Victoria Fringe Festival – APPLICATIONS OPEN, DUE May 5, 2025 by end of day.
Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking an energetic, tech savvy, and enthusiastic Box Office & Administrative Assistant for the 2025 Fringe Festival. Start date is July 7, 2025 and position runs until August 31, 2025. The Box Office & Administrative Assistant will report to the Box Office & Marketing Manager with building shows, tickets, and other administrative needs in the box office system Red61 for the Fringe, daily operation and reconciliation of the Fringe box office, including selling tickets, answering phones, and attending to in-person inquiries, & other administrative tasks as needed.

Festival & Marketing Assistant – 2025 Victoria Fringe Festival – APPLICATIONS OPEN, DUE May 5, 2025 by end of day.
Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking an energetic, social media savvy, and organized Festival & Marketing Assistant for the 2025 Fringe Festival. Start date is July 7, 2025 and position runs until August 31, 2025. The Festival & Marketing Assistant will assist the Associate Producer with the planning, organization, and execution of Fringe Preview and FringeKids Fest events, and act as coverage for other Fringe departments as needed. They will also assist the Box Office & Marketing Manager with the development of a marketing plan for Fringe, creation of online graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and email newsletters, and run Fringe social media during the Fringe, including regular posts and stories on Instagram and Facebook.

Producer’s Assistant – 2025 Victoria Fringe Festival – APPLICATIONS OPEN, DUE May 5, 2025 by end of day.
Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking an energetic, organized, and communicative Producer’s Assistant for the 2025 Fringe Festival. Start date is July 7, 2025 and position runs until August 31, 2025. The Producer’s Assistant will assist the Producer with overall festival planning, volunteer management and artist communications, and act as the main point of contact for audience accessibility needs, including reviewing and updating Venue Visual Guides and the Fringe Accessibility Guide, becoming familiar with all accessibility protocols for Fringe, and running daily accessibility reports for shows. They will also act as coverage for Site Office, Front of House, Box Office, and Festival Hub, and provide on-site festival support as needed.

Volunteer Coordinator – 2025 Victoria Fringe Festival – APPLICATIONS OPEN, DUE May 5, 2025 by end of day.
Intrepid Theatre Company is seeking an detail-oriented, personable, and tech-savvy Volunteer Coordinator for the 2025 Fringe Festival. Start date is July 7, 2025 and position runs until August 31, 2025. The Volunteer Coordinator will develop the volunteer outreach/intake program and training orientation in collaboration with the Producer, including learning the Box Office software Red61 in order to orient volunteers as needed. They will build the volunteer schedule for the Fringe and maintain regular communication and support with volunteers. They will manage the Festival Hub, and assist the Site Office Coordinator with the running of Site Office during the festival.
