About the artist:
Carey may be familiar to local theatregoers as being an original cast member of the award winning, hit musical, Ride The Cyclone with Atomic Vaudeville years ago. Having lived abroad in Vietnam for the past few years, Carey returned to the stage last summer with his Fringe show, Carey-OK!: Timeless Timely Tunes, where he was was voted as the Favourite Performer of the Fest. Carey was also recently seen in Theatre SKAM’s, 7eventy 7even. Carey is honoured to stage this show at this year’s UNO Fest and is grateful for the support and encouragement given by everyone at Intrepid. Carey-OK! will continue to be staged across Canada this summer in the London, Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver Fringe Festivals. Carey kindly asks that if you had a good time at the show, please let your family and friends in these cities know about it!
