About the artist/company
The Tops Theatre Company was formed in 2008 to present THE MEASURE OF LOVE in the Victoria Fringe Festival. It was such a hit at that time, the organizers of the Fringe gave Tops an extra performance date to accommodate the large numbers of people anxious to see the play. The company includes Wendy Merk, who has directed many productions in Greater Victoria, Jean Topham and Geli Bartlett, who have performed in numerous shows in the Victoria community.
