Juicy Woo-Woo! – the UFO Cabaret – features funky saxman and high-octane action poet John Sobol in a dazzling one-man show that offers a cogent and mind-expanding recap of the latest stunning developments in the weird and wild realm of UFOs.

Curious about those so-called drones buzzing nuclear bases in New Jersey last year? Or maybe you’ve seen a UFO yourself? Or perhaps you’re an enthusiastic skeptic looking for something to debunk?

If you’re any of the above, or if you’re just looking a good time that includes killer sax playing, inspiring wordplay and weird tales of the unexplained, Juicy Woo-Woo! is the UFO cabaret for you.

Reviews of John Sobol’s last fringe show, Two Million Years of Technology:

“In the expansive world of the Edmonton Fringe, there isn’t a known category for John Sobol. 2 Million Years of Technology…is a tirelessly smart and rigorous blend of performance poetry, history, lecture and political speech — with a jazz intro. 4 STARS”

Edmonton Journal

“Sobol wields the English tongue like his saxophone, coaxing exotic, melodious and profoundly poetic combinations of words into the air…Sometimes he’s a storyteller, sometimes he’s a philosopher, sometimes he’s a beat poet or an a cappella singer, and sometimes he’s simply this really interesting and intelligent guy having a chinwag with us, his audience friends. 4 STARS”
