About the Artist
David Heyman has written several short plays for Fringe festivals in Edmonton, Vancouver and Nanaimo and now Victoria. They include “Digby & Glass” (Pick of the Fringe Nanaimo 2020), “The Great Might-Have-Been” (Pick of the Fringe Nanaimo 2021), and “Bathsheba And The Books” (Edmonton Fringe 2023). He’s also shot three short films “Cutline,” “Don’t Ask,” and the upcoming “Omer’s Odyssey.”
He was a long-time political reporter for the Calgary Herald and also worked as a journalist in Quesnel and Prince George. He’s currently a financial advisor for Edward Jones in Victoria.
