This year, the Intrepid Theatre Company Society AGM will be held in-person at the Intrepid Studio & lobby, we will raise a glass to the successes of last year, with wine, signature sangria and snacks. Artistic, Operational & Financial reports from the 2024 season and fiscal year will be shared by staff, board and auditors.
This is also a great chance to meet our staff and Board of Directors.
There will be a special resolution to accept an updated set of bylaws, this will be sent 2 weeks before the meeting.

Please join if you can, we will keep it short & sweet. Hope to see you there, thanks for your continued support, and helping us meet quorum for the AGM.

To vote at the AGM, you must have made a donation of or exceeding $30 to Intrepid Theatre in the last twelve months to be considered a voting member. You can renew your gift, or make a donation online before the AGM.
