Intrepid Theatre

Kick off the 9th OUTstages Festival with a mid-week Cinq à Sept, co-hosted with our friends at Puente Theatre. In Quebec French, the term stands for an after work social gathering. Join us for libations, surprise performances, and mingling throughout the Intrepid Studio and lobby from cinq à sept, or 5 to 7pm.

This will also be an opportunity for local artists to learn more about the residency and artist development programs offered by Intrepid and Puente in a casual setting. Artistic Directors Sean Guist (Intrepid) and Mercedes Bátiz-Benét (Puente) will be on-hand to answer questions, chat about these artist opportunities, and meet local artists.  Intrepid Theatre and Puente Theatre jointly run the conVERGE residency and mentorship program for IBPOC artists. Intrepid Theatre also runs the OUTstages residency program, Fringe Indigenous Artist program, and the Victoria Fringe. Puente Theatre also runs Workplay and Bridging the Gap residencies.
