About the Artist
“A proven crowd-pleaser” (The Boston Globe), Trent Arterberry’s earliest performances in Harvard Square earned him hundreds of fans and hats full of change. After posing for a Capital Records album cover, he opened for acts like Spyro Gyra, BB King and The Kinks in venues as large as Toronto’s Maple Leaf Gardens. Named “Performing Artist of the Year” by the US Association of Campus Activities, he has also played on cruise ships around the world. TIGHTROPE, his fifth show at the Victoria Fringe Festival, tells the story of how it happened – and the effect that it had on his marriage.
