Call for artists and cabaret pieces

Homo for the Holidays is back for its 5th campy extravaganza, Friday December 1st at The Metro Studio and we are seeking artists to bring their campy, holiday, wild, weird and queer cabaret pieces to the stage as a part of the event. We encourage applications from all artists and diverse performance styles, including drag, live music, stand-up, movement, burlesque, performance art, spoken word and  interdisciplinary work.

Christmas is about to get (even) gayer with Homo for the Holidays, a cabaret from the fine folks at Intrepid Theatre that celebrates the talents of the local theatre and gay communities and brings them together for a special one-night only event. Homo for the Holidays, a queer-themed holiday cabaret is a unique night of performance, camp, cocktails and frivolity. Naughty, nice or nicely naughty, we want you there!

We are seeking short, low-tech cabaret pieces to appear at the event on Friday, December 1st at The Metro Studio. This open call for artists closes on Sunday November 5th.
